As a conference committee, we are happy and honoured to welcome you all distinguished guests and delegates to the Conference of Engineering Sciences and Technologies (CEST). The conference is organized by High professional academic staff.
Engineering is an exceptionally dynamic sector. It is continually changing and expanding, and experts, professionals and academics in the field need to keep pace with all of the latest developments. Conferences provide professionals in various engineering disciplines with knowledge about cutting-edge tools, technologies and skills in the field. They are also an excellent opportunity for professionals to connect with peers nationally and internationally.
All accepted and presented papers will be published online in conference proceedings.
Papers must be in English or Arabic and not more than 10 one column pages in length. Extra charge may be applied per an extra page.
Paper content must be original and relevant to one of the conference topics.
Authors are required to ensure accuracy of quotations, citations, diagrams, maps, and tables.
Papers must follow exactly the format according to the downloadable Paper Template(Available in English (E) or Arabic (A) WORD format).
For authors whose papers are consodered to be published in Sabha Journal, please re-format your article according to JOPAS template (Available in English (EN) or Arabic (AR) WORD format).
Figures and tables need to be placed where they are to appear in the text and must be clear and easy to view.
Paper Submission Guidelines
Article must follow the Paper Template (English Paper Template) or (Arabic Paper Template).
Only .doc, .docx, and .pdf are the acceptable file formats.
Conference Track should be specified during submission.
When you login, go to "All Conferences", then search for CEST in the filter. Choose "Conference for Engineering Sciences and Technology", and creat new submission when you are ready.
Review Process
The review process will be double-blind. Therefore, please anonymize your submission. This means that all submissions must contain no information identifying the author(s) or their organization(s): Do not put the author(s) names or affiliation(s) inside the text of the paper, anonymize citations to and mentions of your own prior work that are directly related to your present work.
The acceptance decisions will take into account paper novelty, technical depth, elegance, practical or theoretic impact, and presentation.
Original: the paper explores a new idea, project or issue; discusses existing research with promise of new insight, discusses new research; or presents new ways of considering existing information.
Significance: the paper raises and discusses issues important to improving the effectiveness and/or sustainability of open education efforts, and its contents can be broadly disseminated and understood.
Quality: claims are supported by sufficient data; claims draw upon relevant literature; and limitations are described honestly.
Papers will be checked for Plagiarism. More than 30% of similarity will not be accepted.

Registration Fees
It is mandatory for at least one author of the accepted paper to register in order for the paper to be published in the conference proceeding. If an author has got more than one accepted paper, each paper has to be registered.
