Engineering is an exceptionally dynamic sector. It is continually changing and expanding, and experts, professionals and academics in the field need to keep pace with all of the latest developments. Conferences provide professionals in various engineering disciplines with knowledge about cutting-edge tools, technologies and skills in the field. They are also an excellent opportunity for professionals to connect with peers nationally and internationally.
Paper Submission Guidelines
- Article must follow the Paper Template (English Paper Template) or (Arabic Paper Template).
- Only .doc, .docx, and .pdf are the acceptable file formats.
- Conference Track should be specified during submission.
- Paper Submission will ONLY be received via Microsoft Platform CMT.
- If you do not have Microsoft CMT account, apply for a free account. You need a valid email to proceed.
- When you login, go to "All Conferences", then search for CEST in the filter. Choose "Conference on Engineering Sciences and Technology", and create new submission when you are ready.
Submission Platform: All papers must be submitted through the Microsoft CMT platform. No email submissions will be accepted.
Review Process
- The review process will be double-blind. Therefore, please anonymize your submission. This means that all submissions must contain no information identifying the author(s) or their organization(s): Do not put the author(s) names or affiliation(s) inside the text of the paper, anonymize citations to and mentions of your own prior work that are directly related to your present work.
- The acceptance decisions will take into account paper novelty, technical depth, elegance, practical or theoretic impact, and presentation.
- Original: the paper explores a new idea, project or issue; discusses existing research with promise of new insight, discusses new research; or presents new ways of considering existing information.
- Significance: the paper raises and discusses issues important to improving the effectiveness and/or sustainability of open education efforts, and its contents can be broadly disseminated and understood.
- Quality: claims are supported by sufficient data; claims draw upon relevant literature; and limitations are described honestly.
- Papers will be checked for Plagiarism. More than 30% similarity will not be accepted.
Acceptance Criteria: Papers are evaluated based on originality, significance, quality, clarity, and relevance to the conference tracks.

Can I submit in Arabic?
Yes, papers can be submitted in either English or Arabic. Both languages are accepted for review and publication.
What is the maximum page limit?
The maximum page limit is 10 pages in one-column format. Additional pages may incur extra charges.
What is the review timeline?
The review process typically takes 4-6 weeks from the submission deadline. Authors will be notified of acceptance/rejection by the notification date.
Is there a registration fee for presenting authors?
Yes, at least one author per accepted paper must register for the conference. Registration details will be announced after paper acceptance.
Can I submit a PDF file?
Yes, submissions can be in .doc, .docx, or .pdf format. However, the final camera-ready paper must follow the template format.
